Windows 10 Random BSOD SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (7e) and IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)

I have a computer that has random BSOD happening sometimes daily and sometimes only a few days a week. A few weeks ago I ran chkdsk, sfc scannow and DISM. The issue seemed to stop for a week or so and now has come back again.
