Windows 11 random bsods, sometimes pc just freezes, sometimes it just restarts with no bsod

mini.zip starting to think its my power supply causing this issue. the link includes the mini dump files. im on windows 11 i have a rtx 4080 super OC and a I7-13700f with 32 gbs of corsair ram and a 1000 watt corsair rm psu. motherboard is a msi zpg z790 edge wifi. cpu isnt having any cooling issues or anything and the gpu is staying cool as well so i know its not either of them. so please help! i appreciate you
