Windows 11 Random BSODs with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I get random BSOD's with SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED on windows 11. I also get bluescreens when I shutdown my computer. another problem that might not be linked is that the computer has started to run slow and programs take longer than usual to open.PC Specs:CPU - Intel Core i7 11700KGPU - Intel Arc A770MOBO - MPG Z590M GAMING EDGE WIFISSD - Samsung 980 Pro 1TBRAM - VENGEANCE® RGB PRO 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C18According to BlueScreenView it is caused by FLTMGR.SYS and the crash address is ntoskrnl.exe+4333c7.Things I have already tried:SFC commands (no errors found)DISM com
