Windows 11 Random crashes and BSOD screens on Windows 11

Hi,I recently updated to Win11, and the number of Blue Screen and random crashes has worsened. I had these in Windows 10 also, but they were few in number, but now the laptop crashes pretty frequently (upto 4-5 times a day).This makes the laptop unreliable for any critical real-time work (e.g attending live meetings, give any exams etc). I'm always afraid it'll crash in the middle of an activity.I have a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 laptop.
