Windows 10 Random crashing, have tried everything under the sun.

I continue to get random reboots on my PC I built in 2021. I have tried replacing the RAM, checked all connections, tweaked settings, and installed fresh Windows multiple times. Can anyone please help figure this out? I am not able to replicate it, although 90% of the time it happens when I'm away from the computer or just idle. thank you!
