Windows 10 random "your pc didnt start up correctly" errors

sometimes whenever i restart my pc, or leave my pc for a few hours, i get on to the screen saying "your pc didnt load correctly" ive ran sfc scan dism check and all troubleshooters, even went into startup repair in advanced options and it said it cant fix the problemit said a log is at srttrail heres the log Startup Repair diagnosis and repair log---------------------------Number of repair attempts: 1Session details---------------------------System Disk = \Device\Harddisk0Windows directory = C:\WINDOWSAutoChk Run = 0Number of root causes = 1Test Performed: ---------------------------Name: Che
