Windows 11 RAS Sync adaptor and no internet

My WiFi is showing "no WiFi networks found " and when I try troubleshooting it tells me to check my router?? I went to device manager and in hidden devices something called RAS Async adapter is hidden and shows this in properties Could this be the reason my WiFi won't work? How can I get it to show up again
