Windows 11 Raycon Fitness Bluetooth Headphones Not Found by Omen 30L Desktop on Windows 11 Home

Apologies for asking something that may have an answer, but I can't find it.Purchased Raycon "The Fitness" headphones ~ 8/10/2024, they connect beautifully to both my HP laptop and my iPhone. However, my Omen desktop can't find them. I specifically bought these headphones for their multi-point function so I can use them on the computer and phone simultaneously. The multi-point works fine on the other laptop and phone.When I go to the Bluetooth settings on the Omen, it can't find the headphones at all. It finds other devices in my house, so I believe Bluetooth is working correctly, but not
