I upgraded the hardware in my machine over the weekend then tried to re-activate Windows 11 Pro. It is (was) a digital license from years ago. It failed, the troubleshooting failed and then I selected "I changed the hardware...", selected the machine from the list of options- and that failed as well. I then called support. After going over and re-doing all the activation steps, the tech escalated me to someone higher up. That tech looked over some things and then told me that the servers were down and to wait 24 hours and it would all work. I did so. It failed exactly the same way. The
