Windows 10 Re-downloaded my Windows system because of a corruption error and I believe I installed the wrong version of Windows 10. How do I fix this?

I had a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) earlier today and had to reset my entire computer, losing all my files and downloaded apps. Alongside this I also had to redownload Windows 10 but in the Windows 10 download screen I think I chose the wrong windows, choosing Windows 10 Home N instead of Windows 10 Home. Because of this I have been having issues with media related things and was wondering if there was a way to change this without having to reinstall windows or if there are any workarounds.
