Windows 10 Re-establish my MS 10 Windows Profile Help Requested with New Email, Password and Mobile Phone Number Verification-Help

Please help me - Create a brand-new profile to open my registered MS Windows 10 by creating a new registration with a new Email, Mobile Phone Number for Verification and New Password. My old out of date email that I registered no longer has a link to a 10-year-old password and an obsolete land line for verification + I need a new password. My current email is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (which my legacy updated MS Windows 10 does not recognize). Can anyone help me?
