Windows 10 Re-occuring BSOD from "BugCheck" error

System Info: Windows 10, Intel CPU, NVidia GPU, Corsair Vengeance RAMUsually it is after I play a game for a while and I close the game and unplug my XBOX controller, that is when it seems to BSOD or after I do all that and try to shut down the PC it will BSOD.These are the error messages from Event Viewer:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000004e (0x0000000000000007, 0x0000000000018d9f, 0x0300001000018d80, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\
