Windows 10 Re status problem

I'm trying to Reset my pc , But the problem is that I don't know how to enable RE status ! I tried to enable Re status but it keep saying this "REAGENTC.EXE: The Windows RE image was not found."I also tried sfc /scannow command and other commands in Command Propmt but I still have't find the soulution to fix it !If anyone could at least try to help me , I would be so thankful. ❤
