Hello, I have a Dell Precision 7820 Tower workstation, and I am having issues with reagentc? This is my 4th time completely clean reinstalling windows 11, and this issue still continues to persist. Windows seems to work perfectly fine except that whenever I restart into recovery mode, it always restarts into choose keyboard layout and options like startup settings are missing.
