Windows 11 Really slow downloads after changing DNS to Google/cloudflare

Windows updates, ms store updates as well as any download in general is awfully slow after changing DNS. Issue persists even after a clean install. I've reinstalled my network drivers too.Some things I've tried:sfc /scannowdism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth (no corruptions found)Reset network settingsipconfig /flushdnsOS: Windows 11
