Windows 10 Realm storys wont let me opt in

It says i need to change my privacy settings, i have already enabled every setting there is on both xbox and microsoft, it shows me the link Roar and explore i've already done everything said there and it still wont let me opt into realm stories, i've followed yt tutorials, looked on reddit and searched on here and nothing helped me.
