Windows 11 Realtek Audio Console not entirely working.

I'm on windows 11, using a plugged-in headphone. I'm trying to use the realtek console as an equalizer but it doesn't work, same for the audio effects. But when I put all the audio in one ear with the console, it works. So I don't know what to do
