Windows 10 Realtek audio driver cannot be uninstalled

I have had a "Realtek audio driver install restart loop" problem (here is a the post i have been following Redirecting )and I have an issue with the 4th step in both top suggestions, as I cant in fact delete the driver, when i try to do it gives me the prompt to do it and I click uninstall which than asks me to restart my pc.Upon restarting my pc the realtek driver is back in its place as if i have never uninstalled it.I have also tried searching for a solution for th
