Windows 11 Realtek Audio Driver don't appear in windows 11

Hi, I have a LENOVO Ideapad 3 with windows 11. Recently, the sound from my laptop stopped playing. I have the updated audio driver (Realtek, download from the lenovo web site), and yet, it does not appear in "Administrative Tools". Interestingly, the audio can be heard through a speaker connected via Bluetooth.Can anyone help me please?
