Windows 11 RealTek Extension Downloads Not Working

I use Windows 11 and this morning I got some notifications that I needed to download some RealTek extensions but they are not working, The three are: Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427Install error - 0x80070103Realtek - Extension - 9.21.3690.427Install error - 0x80070103Realtek Semiconductor Corp. - Extension - 6.0.9366.1Install error - 0x80070103Anyone know why this is happening and if the update it legit or not?
