Windows 11 Realtek network is super bad, how can i optimize my pc

So i recently bought a new computer and all of its specs are greta, and i have a fiber optic network which usually reaches 90mbps down, this new pc is pretty bad i can only reach around 2-5 maybe 7 mbps, any way to make it better?
