Windows 11 Realtek(R) audio device shows as "not connected" to computer on windows 11

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum.I encountered a problem today with the sound devices on my laptop (Lenovo Thinkbook 15) with Windows 11 installed.I usually use speakers connected to the audio jack, and I hadn't encountered any problems until today, when Windows stopped recognizing the speakers all of the sudden, only leaving the Intel audio for external screens sound device (I use my laptop connected to a Samsung screen). Now, if I unplug the screen, Windows tells me there are no sound devices available.I checked the device manager and the Realtek(R) audio device is hidden, and in Propert
