Hello,this is my last resort. I persued a higher education in IT. I am working as tech support since I graduated. I would not describe myself as helpless when it comes to OS, IT, Office, Windows etc. quite the opposite, but this topic is breaking me. I have searched now for (a total of combined), 6 hours on this topic. I have seen every reddit post, every thread here, every forum there, here everywhere.
