Windows 11 REBOOT and SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE error

So I build new PC. Ryzen 5 5600G with A520M s2H motherboard. I tried turning it on but my usb drive with windows 10 is not yet ready still downloading. was able to go to bios and I believe I change ultrafast boot up and save and exit. pc boot up and now Im getting REBOOT and SELECT PROPER BOOT DEVICE error on my pc. how to fix this? I also cant go back to BIOS since all my USB ports are not working. I tried my mouse and keyboard to my laptop and its perfectly fine.
