When we were setting up my work laptop, we had to upgrade from Home to Pro. Since I work remotely, we purchased the software on my user account, but I never received an email receipt or even an acknowledgment of the purchase. Now my finance department needs the receipt and I can't find it. I try going to Sign in to your account, but it just redirects me to My Account. I don't have access to the Microsoft Store with my account so I can't look there. My IT department is also telling me that they can't find a record of it. Any assistance would
