Windows 10 Received error 'We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0xc1900223)' when upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11

Yesterday I received a notification for upgrading my Windows 10 laptop to Windows 11. So, when I click 'Download and install' button- at first it shows 'This update can't be downloaded and installed because it's not yet ready for your device' and after one second automatically started downloading 'Upgrade to Windows 11' and after download 8% it automatically stop and again appear Windows 11 dialog box and below the 'Download and install' button display this message 'We couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0xc1900223).' My Current Windows Specification: Edition: Windows 10 Home
