Windows 11 Receiving BSOD frequently. Replaced CPU and RAM and clean installed windows 11 problem still occuring

Hello,I have been having random BSOD issues. It either occurs randomly when watching videos or playing video games or when I go to restart and there is a windows update pending. If there is a windows update pending my computer will repeatedly loop BSOD.Solutions I have tried:- Replaced CPU (i9-13900kf -> brand new i9-13900k)- Replaced RAM (tried going from 4 sticks to 2 as well as buying 2 brand new sticks and using those only)- Unplugged all drives and tried installing on a brand new M.2. ssd- Clean install of windows 11 via usb (used Rufus w/ Windows 11 iso one as well as windows installa
