Windows 11 Receiving error code 0x80280013 when trying to login after having my laptop on sleep mode.

I have an asus g14 and usually just login vis fingerprint, however when my computer goes in to sleep mode and turned on again, it says something went wrong etc. When i try entering the pin, the I get the above error code. I've tried the solution mentioned in a different thread (Redirecting) but I cant seem to find the NGC folder following that. Does anyone know a solution?I'm on windows 11 if it matters
