Windows 11 Recently reinstalled realtek audio drivers and now headphones arent showing up as audio option.

Ive recently reinstalled my realtek audio drivers because I was having an issue that wasnt allowing me to use my headphone microphone which only occured after I updated my laptop to windows 11(this is a seperate issue to the one im currently having). After I reinstalled the realtek audio drivers, it completely removed my headphone option and it recognizes my headphones as my speakers and vice versa. Ive checked in device manager and control panel sounds but it doesnt show my headphones at all. Its not detecting my headphones as an audio device. How can I solve this issue?
