Windows 7 recover folder with permission set to everyone deny

All running window 7 Pro.

Our network uses a central file server that is mapped to each local PC as a logical drive. In trying to secure a folder on that mapped drive the permissions were accidentally set to Everyone - Deny.


Is there a way to recover this folder?
