Windows 11 Recurring BSOD screens after a clean install of windows 11.

Hi. I recently had the BSOD error appearing in my pc recently. So I clean installed windows 11 pro in my pc using windows media creation tool from Microsoft website. All went well until I got the BSOD while setting up the pc after the installation. Since the pc is clean installed, there is no way any newly installed program would have caused it. Moreover, I couldn't open the Microsoft Explorer, so I couldn't give you guys the minidump. Please Explain what's happening?
