Windows 11 Refer to the picture below. How can I continue without internet, after entering the cmd oobe\bypassnro I still get stuck

Hi there, after resetting the pc I tried to reboot and connected to the internet, after few steps of the setups I got a step where I was required to enter my email and password, after typing my outlook email I got the error message: YOU CANNOT SIGN IN WITH YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT. So I disconnected from the internet and run the cmd oobe\bypassnro, the pc restart and I get stuck here, there’s no option to continue without internet. Please help 🙏
