Windows 10 Reformatting drive to boot on newer system, now WindowsRE is missing

I wanted to use a new m.2 drive to boot on a new system. I cloned my current SATA SSD onto it and couldn't get the new system to recognize it as a boot drive.I did some reading and saw that I would need to reformat the drive from MBR to GPT for the new system to recognize it.
