Windows 11 Refresh Option not working properly in Windows 11 OS.

To,Microsoft CommunityHey Friend, this is Gavin Mathos here & using Windows 11 Version: 22H2 OS (OS Build: 22621.2506).Today I received Windows 11 Version: 22H2 OS Update I.e. "2023-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031455)". After sucessfully Downloading-Installing the Windows 11 Version: 22H2 OS Update update, in Desktop Sceen when you Right Click - "Refresh" option not working {As attached Screenshot}. Hence when I click on "Refresh" option, then Icon's don't shake. Why so???What can be the reason behind this??? How can I get the issue of
