Windows 10 Regarding faulty update service by windows 10

Greetings, I have Windows 10 running on my pc and i recently switched over from an Nvidia graphics card (GTX1050Ti) to an AMD graphics card (RX 6600). I made sure to uninstall all previous drivers through the inbuilt windows feature and cleanly installed the new AMD drivers. Everything is working splendidly. But now the issue arises, the regular windows updates which are done to keep windows up to date are asking me to install Nvidia display drivers even though I no longer have an Nvidia graphics card. I fear that this update will mess up my AMD driver installation so i would appreciate some h
