Windows 10 Region wont let me sign in into my microsoft store

Hello I am trying to install Minecraft on my laptop, but It needs me to log into my Microsoft store. When I go to my Microsoft store, it keeps saying its not available in my region, I've tried to change my region to the United States but it still won't let me sign in. I'm thinking of resetting my Microsoft store but I'm afraid that it will remove Minecraft from my PC. ThanksEdit I restarted the Microsoft store and it still didn't work.
