Windows 10 Registry Key titled "Zapfile" on PC but not on Laptop, Is it Safe?

so in regedit, I found a registry folder at the very bottom of HKEY Local Machine > Software > Classes. it's called zapfile which is described under Data as "Software Installation Settings"; the subsections are "DefaultIcon" and "Shell"when I view the subsections of "Shell" I see Open, Print, and Printto, which all have a "Command" subsection of their own, and each one is titled with the System32 pathway for Notepad.exeI found this on my Windows 10 PC; however, when I checked the same registry pathway in Regedit on my Windows 11 laptop, zapfile is nowhere to be found. so I decided to exp
