Windows 11 Regular BSODs and General Instability in PC

Hello,Recently I've been experiencing regular BSODs and freezing when using my PC. In hindsight, there was always the occasional BSOD, but I didn't think much of it until they began to occur more recently.The BSODs occur most after running a demanding game but will also occur when running just Microsoft Edge with YouTube open. I also notice that if I have a game running and walk away from my PC, a BSOD can occur within as little as 10-15 minutes of remaining idle.I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic (Both Basic & Standard), but they found no errors. I did at one point run MemTest86 and it found
