Windows 11 Reimage Windows 11 with Copilot

We purchased (2) Surface Laptop 7's from Microsoft, that came with Windows 11 with CoPilot. However, the OS version is not Enterprise and we were told we would need to reimage the devices. How do we reimage the device, and where do we get an Enterprise copy of Windows 11 with CoPilot?
