Windows 11 Reinstalled Windows 11, Updated Bios have VALID digital license and windows will NOT activate.

Hello, i can not find a straight answer for my problem.I have a 100% VALID Digital License for my Windows 11 Pro.I Downloaded the new Windows 11 ISO from Microsoft website.I reinstalled windows 11 earlier today and was successful at transferring my license to the new installation (i also changed to a 1tb nvme drive).I updated my Gigabyte B550M D3SH Bios to Ver. F9 and i logged in and my windows was no longer activated. Now i am unable to re-activate my windows 11 installation and it keeps telling me that "We can not activate windows on this device", even after going back into the "I changed ha
