Hi, I just reinstalled Windows from a USB device. So all HP related software is gone. I updated all drivers from Windows Update. Sound drivers have also been updated. But the sound now sounds scratchy. It's a little louder and worse than it should be. I also installed all side software such as B&O Audio Control. But it doesn't get better. I also downloaded the Realtek HD drivers from the HP website and reinstalled them, but the problem was not resolved. What do you think is the problem and how can I solve it?
