Hello, I decided to reboot my windows 10 pc, I chose the portend to keep my person files and then the option to reinstall windows locally I did this and everything went smooth until we reached the message that says “installing % please do not turn off this will take a while.” And the install has been stuck at 88% for about an hour now and I’m worried it won’t complete it appears to be loading but it hasn’t moved did I do something wrong? (I have an external hard drive and 4 peripherals in general) if this is helpful, thank you
