Windows 10 Reinstalling Windows. Will the files be re-registered in the Registry Editor (Regedit)?

I want to reinstall Windows. I have 1 SSD and 1 HDD in my computer. All games and some programs are installed on the HDD. Windows is on the SSD.So, when I reinstall Windows, I'll disconnect the HDD so as not to confuse the disks. Then the Windows installation process will begin (I will delete all data, including Windows itself). After Windows is successfully installed, I will connect the HDD.Question: when I follow all the steps I described above, will the games and programs that are installed on the HDD run without any problems? Will they register again in the Registry Editor (Regedit)?P.S.I
