Windows 11 Remote Desktop Cache files created when my Remote Desktop is disabled, should I be concerned?

I see several recent cache files in my \AppData\Local\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Cache directory. To my knowledge I have never used the Remote Desktop service, and not using MS Teams. Remote Desktop service is listed as Disabled in the System settings. Should I be concerned about the very existence of the files, as a sign of intrusion?Thank you,Int.
