Windows 11 Remote Desktop to 2012 R2 - Application GUI Rendering Skewed

On my Windows 11 laptop, running MSTSC 10.0.22621, when I remote desktop to a 2012 R2 RDP host and launch my AthenaHealth AthenaPractice v20 client, several of the application windows are not rendered properly. The boxes on each window are shifted so that portions of text are cut off, vertical scroll bar doesn't show, etc... If I connect from my Windows 10 machine, running MSTSC 10.0.19041, everything renders properly.If I initiate an RDP session from the Windows 10 machine, then take over that existing session from Windows 11 it works fine.
