Windows 10 Remove account on an old PC and an an existing account from another pc

I've had an old alienware PC for a while, last year I got a new PC and gave my dad the old one. However even removing the old hard drive from my alienware PC and add my dad's hard From his computer to the alienware it's still logged into my account and old stuff is still on it.Is there a way to log out from the old alienware and add my dad's hard drive from his PC to my old alienware with his account and password?
