Windows 11 Remove English from Microsoft IME and Microsoft Pinyin

Is there any method to make the IME and Pinyin keyboard to be explicitly Japanese and Chinese input?I use both of them and it's very annoying that I have to change the input every time I switch keyboard language.Or at least change the default input to Japanese and Chinese instead of English.
