Windows 11 Remove English (United States) from Language List

I can't seem to remove English (United States) as an option in the Windows display language dropdown no matter what I do. I've tried adding and removing it as a preferred language (I believe I've had that work in the past) but I've had no such luck.It's obviously not a massive issue but it does bother me I can't seem to get rid of it no matter what.
