I downloaded Pycharm on Jetbrains website on Tuesday night and installed it the same night. Then a message from Security and Maintenance appeared saying ”you have some files that needs to be repaired” and informed me that windows will restart itself after repairing those files. I clicked OK then turned off the laptop. But I wasn't able to login afterwards. An error LogonUI.exe system error with the code 0xc0000006 appeared on the login screen and couldn't log in.
After a few try I was able to login so I opened Command prompt to perform scannow but it couldn't perform it.
Then I tried typing chkdsk /r. But it said that ”The type of file system is NTFS. Cannot lock current drive.
Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time system restarts? (Y/N)” and I typed ”Y.”
Then I clicked ”Restart to repair drive error.” It took hours and hours for fixing (approx 12-15 hours) and it stuck at ”Fixing (C
Stage 4”. I turned off the laptop after 15 hours then turned on again and the blue Recovery screen with the error code 0xc0000185 appeared. I tried everything on the list, safe mode etc
I tried to install repair windows from USB and even tried to perform
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /rebuildbcd
bootrec / scanos
But fixboot showed error ”Access is denied.”
So I tried bootsect/nt60 sys but bootcode update wasn't successful.
Also bootrec /rebuildbcd showed ”Total identified Windows installations: 1” and I typed ”Y” but ”Requested system device cannot be found” appeared. So I changed the USB plug but the results were the same.
I don't want to lose data please help me it's been 4 days and I don't know what else I can do.
