Windows 11 Repeatable crash with external drive dock

I've found an issue with windows hard crashing while using an external drive dock. This originally occurred on windows 10 on a separate computer, but i've discovered it also occurs on a new computer on windows 11, and will occur with different drives in the dock. The only thing that remains the same is the hard drive dock. The dock itself is a Orico 1 to 1 Clone Hard Drive Dock. This is the exact model here: ORICO 2.5/3.5 inch USB3.0 1 to 1 Clone Dual-bay HDD and SSD Hard Drive Dock (6228US3-C) originally thought the issue was just something weird with my windows 10 install or a driver.
